The successive crises of the conventional financial system prompted researchers to propose many reflections to avoid a probable collapse of this system. This research is the highlighting of the Islamic financial system as a real possibility for a sustained and durable development. Considering the economic aspects, the analysis raises the dilemma of Islamic finance rules and its compatibility with global financial order. Also, it gave a great interest to the financial needs of the global society, that is a model penalized by practices such as usury, speculation and deregulation. Many countries belonging to the civil law or to the common law systems are using the Islamic capital, but denying Islamic finance a formal status. In the countries dominated by the conventional finance, population does not have the opportunity to take advantage of the benefits of «Sharia» finance, because this opportunity remains inside the enclosure of the great cooperation. Through the analysis of these issues, the research tries to show the role that can play the Islamic finance in the global era, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises and for the stability of finance global order and market.
