Collective bargaining in Public Administrations is different between labour employees and civil servants, but both of them have been affected by the cuts implemented by the government. These unilateral reforms have decreased the basic rights of collective bargaining in the public sector and, consistently, it has meant that the influence of trade unions and their power is becoming weaker and weaker.

La contrattazione collettiva nelle pubbliche amministrazioni è diversa tra lavoratori dipendenti e dipendenti pubblici, ma entrambi sono stati colpiti dai tagli attuati dal governo. Queste riforme unilaterali hanno ridotto i diritti fondamentali della contrattazione collettiva nel settore pubblico e, di conseguenza, indebolito ancor di più l’influenza ed il potere dei sindacati.
