L’Autore affronta il tema della giustizia sportiva nella sua evoluzione storica. Si analizzano le implicazioni della giustizia sportiva con il diritto penale e il diritto tributario, evidenziando la portata del c.d. caso Catania, passando poi alla rilevanza attribuita dal CONI alla giustizia sportiva fino all’emanazione del relativo codice.

The Author deals with the theme of sport justice in its historical evolution. It is analysed sports justice implications with criminal and tax law, with particular regard to the case “Catania”, passing then to the relevance designed by the CONI to the sports justice up to the issuance of the related code.
